The service

Blyp lets you record your screen, edit the recording without re-rendering it, and share it by link. You keep every right to what you record. Blyp has only the permission it needs to store it, play it to the people you share it with, and produce captions for it.

Your part

• Record only what you have the right to record. Other people's screens, voices and faces are theirs.
• Do not use Blyp to distribute anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
• Keep your Google account secure; a Blyp account is that account.

Plans and storage

No plan limits the length of a recording. The Free plan holds a fixed number of Blyps at a time, deleting one makes room for another, and records a fixed amount of footage per calendar month, deleted takes included; a take already running is never cut, and the next waits for the month to turn. Paid plans have a storage allowance instead. Going over an allowance never blocks a recording from being saved; Blyp will ask you to make room, wait for the next month, or move up a plan. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.

Availability

Blyp is provided as is. It is looked after carefully, and it will sometimes be down. Blyp is not liable for indirect loss, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous three months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which deletes everything in it. Blyp may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say so.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email.
